Our LCQ Courses – Our LCQ courses are a one day course and an online assessment which must be completed within 2 weeks of the course session. The online assessment takes about 2.5 hours and can be done at home. If online assessing doesn’t suit you, don’t worry! We have a paper option so we have your needs covered! During the course, you will meet our experienced and fun educators who are full of energy and stories to keep the day interesting.
Duty Manager (DM) Certificate Applications – If you want to apply for a new or renew an existing managers license you are required to complete Unit Standards 4646 & 16705 (LCQ qualification) prior to sending in your application to your local council.
